Refund Policy
At The Vet’s Pet, your dog’s health and your peace of mind come first. That’s why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, email returns@thevetspet.com and we’ll process a full refund for your most recent purchase (minus shipping).
Our 30-day window gives your dog enough time to actually try the product and feel the difference. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your first purchase, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send products back to our headquarters unless instructed. Refunds are limited to one order per customer and apply only to your most recent order. Refunds are not available on orders of three or more items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within a few business days.
A $9 shipping & processing fee will be deducted from domestic refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t seen your refund yet, double-check your bank or credit card account. Processing times can vary. If you’ve confirmed with your bank and still haven’t received a refund, contact us at returns@thevetspet.com.
Sale Items
Sale items are refunded at the sale price (or the price paid), whichever is lower.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no cost. Email returns@thevetspet.com for support.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the return is received, a digital gift card will be sent to you.
If the gift giver shipped it to themselves first, we’ll refund the original purchaser.
Shipping
To start a return, email returns@thevetspet.com. We will provide a prepaid return label.
If you choose not to use our label, you’ll be responsible for shipping the product back. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, return transit times may vary. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable service. We cannot guarantee receipt of items shipped without tracking.
Return Policy Abuse
If we believe a customer is misusing our refund policy or not acting in good faith, we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange.

The Vet’s Pet may update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of purchase applies.
