Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled after processing begins.

After shipment, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside of our control.

If your order is marked as a gift, we prioritize processing to ensure it gets out as quickly as possible — but occasional delays can still occur.


Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Product must be unused
  • In original, sealed packaging
  • In the same condition received

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

We offer a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on select products.

If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 90 days of delivery of your first order.

Conditions:

  • Applies to first-time customers only
  • Limited to one claim per household
  • Applies only to purchases made directly through our website
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

We may request return of unused product. The 60-day period does not reset with subscription shipments.


Return Process (RMA Required)

All returns require a Return Authorization (RMA).

To initiate:

  • Contact our support team at: support@thevetspet.com.
  • Include your order number and reason for return

Important:

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of RMA approval

Once received and processed, refunds are issued within up to 30 days.
